Auto Enrolment (AE) Section Application form

    Personal information

If you wish to select a retirement age other than age 62, please confirm your selected retirement age. This can be at any time between the ages of 55 and 74. Please confirm your preferred retirement age below:

    • Member contribution rate is 5% of Qualifying Earnings (this will be taken directly from your pay)
    • Pearson also pays 3% of Qualifying Earnings

If your earnings are below the Qualifying Earnings limit in any month, no contributions will be deducted from your pay for that month and Pearson will not pay any contributions for that month. In that event you may wish to make additional voluntary contributions. Please see the "Ways you can save more" page for further details.

Please note that membership of the section will be in whole months.

    Investment allocation

Your Pension Pot will automatically be invested in the drawdown lifecycle option. If you do not wish to remain in the drawdown lifecycle option, you can select alternative funds by completing the Fund switch form.

    Your declaration

I apply for membership of the Auto Enrolment Section of the Plan and I agree to be bound by the rules of the Plan. I also authorise the deduction of the appropriate member contributions from my salary. I confirm that I have not been granted Fixed Protection by HMRC.
